No big surprise last night on Idol when Naima and Thia got voted off the show.  But what about Paul?

Big mistake by the Idol judges last night. They should have NOT used their only "save" on Casey!

I was kind of surprised that Karen Rodriguez got sent home last night on 'American Idol.' I never understood why she would sing in English and Spanish, but I thought she would have stuck around for a few more weeks.

I have picked the final two contestants that will compete in this season's American Idol Finale.  You have to read ALL my commentary on last night's performance.

A transgendered performer on 'Thailand's Got Talent,' has pulled the old switcheroo by singing the first part of her performance in a feminine voice, and then finishing it in her original masculine voice. I did a double-take when she switched voices.  I really wondered if there was some sort of technological-trickery going on, but apparently it's real.

This season on 'American Idol' we know Randy has taken on the harsher role, Steven likes to have a good time and J.Lo is the nice one. I found this really cute video of kids imitating the judges and contestants. Check it out.

After the third night of Idol, the show now has 13 contestants. The judges added three wild card picks so now it's getting pretty serious.

The top 12 guys performed on 'American Idol' last night. My three favorites were James, Clint and Scotty. Scotty has that amazing country voice, while James rocked it out last night. I believe Steven Tyler thought it was crazy good.

The auditions for American Idol seemed to drag on this year.  Coupled with the fact that there were twice as many contestants put through to Hollywood than previous years, all I say is "Finally, we have our top 24, and we can move forward."

In my opinion, this is the first time in ten seasons we've seen actual sincerity from an "American Idol" judge! Jennifer Lopez seemed to take it harder than the eliminated contestant Wednesday night when she broke down in tears after telling Chris Medina that he would not be moving on in the competition. Last night, the American Idol judges finally chose the top 24 contestants. I thought the first hour was pretty boring, since a lot of the contestants didn't know any of the Beatles songs.
