A woman who shot video of her husband landing a small plane at a Dallas, Texas area airport captured the aircraft clipping an SUV driving near the runway.
The insurance company thinks he did it to collect the money. At the time of the crash the driver told police he dropped his phone while he was driving down a Texas highway. You be the judge. It was caught on video.
