Ray Parker Jr.'s childhood home in the Petoskey-Ostego neighborhood of Detroit, and it's quite affordable at just $1K.
His childhood home is on Virginia Park Street and is for sale via the Detroit Land Bank. The 2,342 square-foot home went into foreclosure shortly after 2010 but, according to pics from 2009, it had already begun to fall into a state of disrepair.
Parker, Jr. moved to Los Angeles from Michigan when he was a teenager to pursue his music career.
