WTH? Traffic Blocked on Lodge Freeway to Do Donuts? [NSFW VIDEO]

It wasn't an organized event, there were no professional stunt drivers brought in, just pure chaos in Detroit as motorists blocked a section of the Lodge Freeway while cars did donuts in the street.

Detroit Police Chief James Craig responded to the video in a Facebook post. [SIC] “We are not going tolerate this blatant disregard for public safety in our city. More to come.” said Chief Craig.
