The Genesee Towers weren't the only thing that fell in Flint over the weekend. Trees and power lines are down throughout Mid-Michigan, and thousands of residents are without power.  Ice as thick as half an inch has covered just about everything.

One report says that over 300,000 people in Michigan are in the dark just days before the Christmas holiday.  Genesee County was one of the hardest hits areas with 57,000 without power, and Consumers energy reports that full service restoration may not be completed until Saturday.
