When Do You Take Down Your Christmas Decorations?

When do you start taking down your decorations?  Do you start the day after Christmas or wait until the new year? I was curious what the norm is for people because last year my mom waited until March to take down some decorations.  She claimed she never had time to take anything down but I don't believe that at all.  Jeremy said his wife was ready to take down the decorations on the 26th but he wants to wait until January 1st to start taking everything down.  I usually put things away January 1st or 2nd.  When do you take your decorations down?  Or do you leave them up all year?
