Grammy-winning singer Al Jarreau has died at the age of 76.

Jarreau, whose hits include 'We're in this Love Together,' 'Mornin',' and the theme from the TV show 'Moonlighting,' was hospitalized two weeks ago, due to exhaustion. NBC reports that Jarreau's health issues forced him to cancel his 2017 tour.

Jarreua is the only known vocalist to earn Grammy awards for jazz, pop, and R&B.
