U.P. Gets 24 Inches of Snow & Picture Goes Viral!

We know it's easy to complain when it's mid-April and snow is still coming down here in Mid-Michigan.

Menominee got record snowfall this weekend. As in 24.5 inches! (In comparison Flint just had our snowiest winter on record with 83.5 inches TOTAL snow.)

Don't even ask how they shoveled it out for the picture. I don't want to know! But a picture from the Greater Marinette-Menominee YMCA went viral after it showed three members standing between walls of snow. They had drifts of up to 10 feet at the YMCA this weekend and kept the doors shut. But upon getting back to work on Monday they had to document it!
