Train Engineer Reads The Newspaper As Train Rolls On

While you are sitting at a railroad crossing waiting for the train to pass, did you ever wonder what is happening in the  conductor’s booth ? You would expect that like someone driving a car, the person at the wheel would be paying attention to the road or the tracks.

After watching this video, I'm a little more nervous about approaching trains.

This guy isn’t doesn't even glance down the tracks ahead of him.

As the train approaches a stop, the engineer’s head barely moves. He glances upwards. It’s only after another announcement occurs that he looks up. The video is 3:38 and for a good 3:30 he’s staring at the Sudoku puzzle.
