A Michigan family recently had a harrowing experience while on Spring Break in North Carolina. The family's son nearly drowned while playing in a lazy river at an indoor water park. Now while it seemed to be a clear case of the child being negligent, the family may be looking to shift blame on to the resort. Should we always file suit?
