Tigers Try For 1st Win In 2011 In New York

The Detroit Tigers lost the opening game of the 2011 season in New York to the Evil Empire, A.K.A. The Yankees 5-3.  Tomorrow, the same two teams will square off on national tv starting at 4:10 pm on Fox as the Game of the Week.The Tigers will send Brad Penny to the mound for his first start as a Detroiter, and he will face A.J. Burnett of the Yankees.  The opener was played in cold and rainy conditions, tomorrow's game looks like it could be more of the same.  Go Tigers!
