Luxurious Saugatuck A-Frame Has Its Own Insta + Lots of Amenities

You know a house is sweet when it has its very own Instagram account. The owners of this VRBO A-Frame documented the whole building process and shared the pics.

The brand new home (completed in January 2023) is located on Oval Lake and near downtown Saugatuck according to the VRBO listing. Saugatuck is a quaint little West Michigan beach town with fewer than 1,000 residents, located about 40 minutes southwest of Grand Rapids.

A Michigan Landmark

The completely refurbished A-Frame home is built on a piece of property that is said to be a Michigan landmark.

"This is not a home. It is an encompassing experience of a stunning nautical dream home and a getaway to a Michigan landmark."

The back of the home is a mere 15 feet from the water's edge.

Let's start with the wall of windows. The entire back of the home boasts scenic views of the water from floor to ceiling.

It's hard to believe, but this home has four bedrooms and two full bathrooms. And yes, you'll access the loft at the very peak of the home with a ladder - it's a nice touch and especially cool if you have kids.

Of course, there's a gourmet kitchen, lots of indoor and outdoor seating, access to a public boat launch, and a jacuzzi.
