In 2008 the Natural Resources Commission put a ban on baiting deer after a case of Chronic Waste Disease was found in Kent County. Now that the ban is lifted, hunter's will once again be able to use bait piles but there are some restrictions.

Republicans passed a bill in the House today that puts a four year limit on welfare benefits for most people. There are also changes to who can receive welfare as well as the amount you are allowed to work while receiving benefits.
