Amid national education cuts 14 Michigan colleges earn spots on Forbes’ 2026 list, praised for student outcomes and affordability.

There were a lot to pick from, and even some major colleges that didn't have a mascot to choose!

Obviously, there are a bunch of other schools that deserve a nod as well, but unfortunately, those schools and the ones above were all omitted from the list.
