Hundreds of homes and more than 80,000 acres of land have been destroyed in the High Park Fire near Fort Collins, CO. And while local radio station K99 reports the blaze is about 45 percent contained, the high temperatures and low humidity predicted on Monday are causing concern.

Have we come to this point with budget shortages? Jefferson County, Colorado apparently has. The county is trying to bridge the gap in their budget, so they sold an ad to a non-profit organization. (Collegeinvest)

I don't know how it is at your workplace, but here at the radio station, signs are posted everywhere, emails sent out regularly about team spirit, your motivation level, all that kind of stuff that helps make for a more productive workplace. However, If it gets to the point where I have to do what the Wal-Mart employees are doing in this video, I will seriously think about other employment options
