Gladys Hardy, the 88-year old from Austin, Texas, has spoken to Ellen DeGeneres a few times over the years on 'Ellen'. The video below is the sweet old lady's first conversation with the talk show host from back in 2007. "I love Jesus, but I drink a little," she quipped. No, we're not totally naive, we know there's been speculation over the years that Gladys isn't real, and that Ellen and her crew have been duped by a morning DJ in Austin posing as Hardy. We don't care. It's funny.
