One Michigan Police Department is Pulling People Over to Spread Holiday Cheer [VIDEO]

The Novi Police Department will be handing out $25 Target gift cards this holiday season. They will be handing them out to random drivers this month. One officer recognizes that when they pull people usually it is for some sort of traffic violation, so they are trying to put a positive spin on it for the holidays.

Imagin the panic of running late for work, getting pulled over and not knowing why only to be given a gift card instead of a ticket? The Novi Police Department is doing this to show a different side of themselves this holiday season, but I think it still induces a little bit of stress for the drivers.
