Naked Man Riding on Top of a Car Causes Traffic Jam [VIDEO]

This is something you don't see every day. A naked man riding on top of a vehicle, 'tooling' down the highway.

It happened on I-95 in West Haven, Connecticut Tuesday morning.

Traffic was a bit hairy during the incident, as police blocked the southbound lanes of the highway during the incident. The man was taken to a local hospital where he received medical attention and is not facing any charges.
