Flint Family Needs Your Help Searching for Missing Teen
A Flint family is asking for your help as they search for a missing teen who hasn't been seen since Friday morning (5/17).
Troy Coleman is 17 years old and his family is hoping to utilize the public's help looking for the boy.
About Troy Coleman
Troy's father is Weston Coleman. In a phone conversation with Townsquare Media, he said Troy was last seen near the intersection of Pasadena Avenu and Lavelle Road in Mt. Morris Township around 9:30 Friday morning. Coleman believes his son may have boarded an MTA bus sometime Friday morning, but has no idea where the teen may be headed.
A friend told Mr. Coleman that someone resembling his son was been seen at the Dust 'Em Off Car Show Sunday morning around 10, but wasn't certain if indeed it was Troy. The Back to the Bricks event was held at the Dort Financial Event Center on Lapeer Road.
Coleman says his son was last seen wearing a black hoodie with gray sweatpants and white slide-on shoes.
Troy is about 6' 4" tall, weighs 165 to 180 pounds, and has blue eyes and brown hair.
Flint Teen Needs Essential Medication
Mr. Coleman says his son is not armed and doesn't pose any danger to anyone and believes he's not a danger to himself. However, he says Troy has suffered from hallucinations in the past and is in need of vital medication which he does not have with him.
If you've seen Troy Coleman or have any information, you're asked to contact the Flint Township Police Department at 810.600.3250.
