Michigan Fan’s Home is a Maize and Blue Shrine And It’s For Sale
This is any Michigan State fan's fresh hell.
Ladies and germs, welcome to a shrine of maize and blue. The home was built in 1940 and clocks in at 1,250 square feet. It's currently owned by University of Michigan super fan Loren Joostberns.
He's a retired school teacher who's been a season ticket holder for 45 years. He's been to seven Rose Bowls as well as. 14 other Wolverines bowl games, and he's got the memorabilia to prove it.
Don't get too excited, though - he's taking all the goods with him to his next abode. But the home itself is a decent deal; $169,000 and it comes with new windows, a new furnace and new AC.
