Michigan Boy Raps with Cast of 'Hamilton'

11-year-old Harry Wepman-Wabeke from Grand Rapids was not about to throw away his...shot.

The cast of the Broadway historical musical Hamilton was dining at The Littlebird restaurant in Grand Rapids for a cast member's birthday; they're performing the musical at the DeVos Center until February 9th.

Harry is a student at the Center for Economicology at City High Middle School; his parents own the restaurant and say that he's been a fan of the Lin-Manuel Miranda musical since he was 9.

Video shows Harry singing the song "Guns and Ships" with the cast, rapping the part of LaFayette without missing a beat.

Harry, who plays the drums, hopes to be a performer someday. We'd say he's got a great shot.
