Man Buys Poodles And Discovers They Are Ferrets On Steroids
This is not a joke. Although it may not seem possible to make such a mistake, it turns out that truth is stranger than fiction! Toy poodles being sold for $150 at an outdoor bazaar in Buenos Aires turned out to actually be two ferrets that were hopped up on steroids and given grooming on their hair to make them look like poodles.
This gentleman wasn't the only one fooled. Another lady bought one of the ferrets under the premise that it was a chihuahua. It seems the people of Argentina call these ferrets "rats", even though they are not related to the rodent. Funny what a little hairdressing can do to change their looks though, huh?
