Justin Bieber Says He’s Being Framed

Justin Bieber is now saying "it wasn't me" in relation to two separate incidents that could result in criminal charges.A district attorney is currently investigating whether Bieber spit in his neighbor's face and threatened him. The D.A. is waiting to speak to another witness before deciding whether to press charges. Bieber is also under investigation for driving his Ferrari recklessly through residential streets.

Bieber's mentor, Usher, was on "The Ellen DeGeneres Show' recently and came to the teen pop star's defense saying "he's young."
