Julianne Hough Under Fire for Controversial Halloween Costume

Julianne Hough of 'Dancing with the Stars' fame is under fire for her controversial Halloween costume.

Hough, a fan of the show 'Orange is the New Black', dressed as Crazy Eyes complete with blackface. People, including fellow actors, were not amused leading Hough to issue an apology on Twitter. “I am a huge fan of the show ‘Orange Is the New Black,’ actress Uzo Aduba and the character she has created. It certainly was never my intention to be disrespectful or demeaning to anyone in any way. I realize my costume hurt and offended people and I truly apologize.”
