Joy is a 9-year-old rat terrier whose owner passed away. Because of this, she's a bit skittish around men, and can't be in a home with cats. However, if you have another dog, you can always set up a meet-and-greet with the Humane Society of Genesee County by giving them a call at 810-744-0511.
