I am not talking about "Snooki" and the rest of the cast from the TV show Jersey Shore, but, for the first time in 5 years,Michigan isn't the top state for people to leave anymore.  The annual United Van Lines ranking of state-outbound migration shows New Jersey is the state more people want to leave.

The Garden State claimed the top spot with a ranking of 62.5 percent of movers heading out of the state.  Michigan took the number two spot at 62 percent.  Well we're close, but,  here in Michigan if we lose too many more people, we'll be able to sell some of the state to Ohio...just kidding.

For 2010, Washington D.C. had the nation's highest inbound traffic, at 64.3 percent.  Your tax dollars hard at work.
