Wild Police Chase Rips Through Michigan Golf Course
It’s not every day you see cops chasing a guy across a golf course, but that’s exactly what went down in Macomb County this week. As crazy as that is, it's only a fraction of what all went down.
A 52-year-old guy from Port Huron somehow turned a quiet Monday into total chaos when he led cops on a chase that cut right through a golf course.
It all started with a home invasion in St. Clair Shores. When police tried to pull him over, he hit the gas and cut straight across a golf course to get away. He eventually crashed near L’Anse Creuse Middle School, forcing the school into lockdown.

Instead of giving up, the guy ditched the SUV and started running through yards and breaking into homes in Harrison Township. Two homeowners actually came face-to-face with him; both had to physically shove him out the door before police finally swarmed in.
The guy’s now sitting in jail waiting for charges. According to Fox 2 Detroit, his list of possible crimes includes home invasion, carjacking, and driving the wrong way on I-94.
It’s hard to paint the full picture. You really have to hear it from the homeowners themselves in the video below.
