Motor City Comic Con Announces First Celebrity Guests for 2023

Motor City Comic Con has announced its first celebrity guests for 2023.

Motor City Comic Con has given us an early present this year and has announced the first three celebrity guests for the May 2023 convention. It's a Festivus Miracle! MC3 will be returning to the Suburban Collection Showplace in Novi May 19th through 21st, 2023.

Who were the first celebrity guests to be announced?

On Monday, December 19th, Motor City Comic Con made an announcement that no doubt excited the fans of the CW's Arrowverse. The stars of Arrow, Stephen Amell, David Ramsey, and Emily Bett Rickards, will all be attending Motor City Comic Con.

Stephen Amell

Stephen Amell is the man that got the whole ball rolling when it comes to the Arrowverse. Amell starred in Arrow as "Oliver Queen." You may have seen Amell in other roles such as:

Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Out of the Shadows as "Casey Jones"
The Starz TV series Heels as "Jack Spade"
Code 8 as "Garrett"
and More

David Ramsey

Arrow star and Detroit native will also be in attendance at Motor City Comic Con in 2023. Ramsey starred as "John Diggle" in Arrow and throughout the other shows in the Arrowverse. Ramsey has also appeared in other projects such as Grey's Anatomy, Blue Bloods, The Rookie: Feds, and more.

Emily Bett Rickards

Emily Bett Rickards starred in Arrow as "Felicity Smoak" and has also appeared in We Need to Talk, The Clinic, Funny Story, and more. Rickards was also named one of The Hollywood Reporter's 50 Favorite Female Characters of All Time.

I can't wait to see who else will be announced! Hopefully, we will see more guests announced soon. Who knows, maybe we will get another Festivus Miracle and see a few more before the end of the year. Fingers crossed.
