Don't become the house that kids skip over on Halloween in Michigan.
When it comes to Halloween, how a person hands out candy definitely says a lot about them. If there is one holiday that comes close to Christmas for kids, it is Halloween, so don't ruin it.
The weather is beginning to change, homes are being decorated with pumpkins and skeletons, and costume prep has begun. That means Halloween is right around the corner. That magical night when kids get to dress up in an awesome costume and are able to collect fistfuls of candy.

I'm going to go ahead and say it now, every man, woman, and child is 100% judging you based on the candy that you hand out on Halloween. This isn't meant to be mean, but let's be honest, this night means a lot to kids. None of them want crappy candy, especially if mother nature is trying to be a killjoy. The weather in Michigan gives us a 5050 shot at having good weather and if the weather sucks, the candy better not.
