Popular Chicken/Burger Spot in Genesee County Shuts Down Suddenly
A short-lived but popular chicken & burger spot in Genesee County suddenly closed earlier this week.
The restaurant, which still has locations in Novi, Roseville, Waterford, and Wixom, surprised Clio customers who showed up to find nothing but a note on the drive-thru window that read ‘Permanently Closed.’

We want to thank everyone who supported our [Clio] location — your loyalty meant the world to us.This location is now permanently closed, but we’re still serving up your favorites at our Waterford and Wixom locations!
Back in March, they posted on social media that they were temporarily closing, but ended up reopening after about a week. While that closure was temporary, this time it’s permanent.
It’s unclear why the restaurant closed, especially since it only opened in late 2023 after rebranding from 11/11 Burgers & Fries.
Customers on social media had plenty to say after hearing about the closure:
Because they tried to change the name from 1111 Burger but yucky food is yucky food no matter the name.
