Hamilton Community Health Gives Free Turkeys with Flu Vaccine

Get your flu shot and get a free frozen turkey at Hamilton Community Health.

Hamilton Community Health Network is taking an extra step this holiday season to make sure families are healthy and fed this year. The Hamilton Healthy for the Holidays Flu Vaccine Event will give you a couple of reasons to get your flu shot this year. The main reason is that they are giving away free frozen turkeys when you get your flu vaccination at this event. They will also be hosting drawings for gift cards during the event.

The Healthy for the Holidays Flu Vaccine Event will take place on two different days in December and no appointments are needed to get your flu vaccine.

• Flu Vaccine Event Number One:
  • Date: Tuesday, December 15th from 9 am until 12 pm.
  • Location: The North Pointe Clinic Drive-Through at 5710 Clio Road in Flint.

  • Date: Thursday, December 17th from 1 pm until 4 pm.
  • Location: Burton Fire Station No. 1 Drive-Through at 2033 East Bristol Road.

If you decide to go get your flu vaccine at the event, just remember to bring your insurance card, if applicable, and your ID. These are no-cost flu vaccines as well. Keep in mind that the frozen turkey giveaway is based on a "while supplies last" circumstance so be sure to get there early.
