Genesee County Sheriff Chris Swanson, whose GHOST program (Genesee Human Oppression Strike Team) has busted dozens of sex offenders and human traffickers in the last several years, shared the appalling details.
What Are the Details?
Parminder Jaswal is a practicing physician in Saginaw.
"GHOST just arrested this doctor - a family practice physician out of Saginaw - Dr. Jaswal," Swanson says, sharing the doctor's picture. "Dr. Jaswal came to our location to have sex with a 15-year-old decoy - 15 - for $200."
Swanson went on to note that he believes Jaswal took inappropriate pictures of himself in his office and texted them to the would-be victim. He made a plea for anyone else who may have been victimized by the 61-year-old doctor to please come forward.
Swanson Shares Shocking Details
Sheriff Swanson says Jaswal brought wine coolers, pop, and Oreos along to further entice the teen and said he was attracted to the picture used by the GHOST decoy because she had braces.
"He wanted the decoy to treat him like ‘a daddy,'" Swanson said.
Jaswal then assaulted the adult decoy when the two met up at an undisclosed location on Mach 1. The decoy was not injured in the altercation.
Doctor Faces Multiple Charges
Dr. Jaswal faces four felony charges including using a computer to commit a crime, child sexually abusive material, accosting a child for immoral purposes, and fourth-degree criminal sexual conduct, according to WJBK-TV.
Unfortunately, the doctor was able to post a $170,000 bond and is not currently in custody.
