As 11-year-old Dylan Popescu battles a rare form of brain cancer, his family received more devastating news. His father Dan learned he has a brain tumor that will soon claim his life.

Is it a coincidence? Activists say the coal and chemical plants near their Marine City home are making people sick. A family friend tells WJBK there has been an unusually high number of people from the are stricken with cancer. An investigation was launched in 2013, but the results were inconclusive.
