Facebook Grants Father’s Plea to See Deceased Son’s ‘Look Back’ Video

A grieving father's wish to see his deceased son't Facebook 'Look Back' video has been granted.

John Berlin from St. Louis, Missouri lost his 22-year-old son Jesse a year ago, and this week when Facebook began rolling out the retrospective videos of users' lives, he longed to see his son's. Berlin created a video plea (see below) asking the social network to grant him access to Jesse's account in order to see the :62 second video montage.

Thanks to the power of Reddit, Berlin's appeal has been seen by roughly two million people, including Facebook brass. In the video below, he tells New York's WPIX-TV that Facebook will prepare Jesse's 'Look Back' video, and grant him access to it soon.
