Election Day Is Tuesday, November 8th

Tuesday is election day in Genesee County with many local issues to be decided. There are 3 different recalls to be voted upon. The most recognizable is the recall question of State Representative Paul Scott in the 51st District. If you live in Argentine, Atlas, Fenton, Grand Blanc and Mundy Township or in the cities of Fenton, Goodrich, Grand Blanc and Linden you will have a vote on this. There are also recalls for local positions in Flushing Township and Genesee Township.
Mayoral races in Flint and Burton have generated publicity as of late, mayors will also be chosen in Davison, Fenton, Flushing, and Grand Blanc.
Local positions and issues will be decided by the voters in Clio, Montrose, Montrose Township and Mt. Morris.
School District Elections will be contested in Atherton, Byron, Durand, Lakeville, and Linden.

Polls open at 7 am and will close at 8 pm.
