Restaurants & Shops Offering Veteran's Day Discounts & Freebies

As we honor those who've proudly served our country, many restaurants and businesses around the Flint area are offering discounts and deals for veterans.

Some discounts are even being extended to spouses and families of veterans and active-duty military personnel. And while some offers are being extended for a few days beyond Thursday, November 11, 2021, some are only available on Veteran's Day and some are good for just a few hours.

The Legal Department says we should include all offers are subject to change and some restrictions apply. (Don't they always?) Check with individual retailers for complete details.

As we take a day to honor those who've proudly served our country, we've assembled a list of discounts and freebies available to Veterans this year.

From Applebee's to White Castle, many restaurants are offering free meals to veterans. There are also several retail chains like Walgreens and Target that are offering discounts on select merchandise.

The House of Charm Gives You A Very Unique Throne Experience
