A Detroit man who was hoping for more hours at his job will actually be getting fewer hours, after pulling a gun on his boss.

That's not how you do it.

Ronald Massey was a part-time employee at Anytime Moving company in Roseville. On the morning of July 26th, he entered his supervisor's office to ask for more work. He also demanded access to his personnel file so he could change his address.

After an unfavorable outcome, the man pulled out a gun, ordered other coworkers who were present to sit down and threatened the manager. Reports indicate that Massey smashed his boss' cellphone with a tool and robbed his manager of $1,400.

Adam Bjorkman, owner of Anytime Moving tells WDIV that they regularly screen employees, but sometimes someone falls through the cracks.

"We have an A+ rating on the Better Business Bureau, and we service over 2,000 customers."

Massey has been arrested and the FBI is looking into the case.
