A plane full of Detroit Lions fans pushed back as a flight attendant launched into her in-flight announcements at the precise moment when the game was getting good.

Detroit Lions Come From Behind to Win

Lions fans may have been a bit discouraged after the first half of Sunday (11/10) night's game against the Houston Texans. The Lions were down 23 to 7 at the half and still trailing by 10 going into the final quarter, putting the squad in danger of becoming 7 and 2.

Fast forward to the fourth quarter when Lions hero Jake Bates hit back-to-back field goals for over 50 yards to secure a win, bringing the Lions to a 26 to 23 victory and an unbelievable (at least to most of us in Michigan) 8 and 1 record for the season.

The Flight Attendant With Unbelievably Bad Timing

Imagine a sports bar in the sky, 30,000 feet in the air. Video from a passenger on a flight headed for Detroit Metropolitan Airport has surfaced, showing a plane full of passengers - most of whom were on the edge of their seats - as the Lions were about to clinch victory from the jaws of defeat.

As Bates was about to kick the game-winning 52-yard boot, the flight attendant launched into the in-flight announcements. Her timing couldn't have been worse.

The unsuspecting flight attendant was greeted with immediate pushback, as you'll see in the clip below. She quickly apologized before beginning again, only to be served more jeers from the fans.

Thanks to hbomm/TT for posting the video on X. Obviously, being a flight attendant has its share of good days and bad days.
