Coldplay are hard at work performing throughout Europe on a nightly basis for arenas filled with screaming fans. Now, their loyal listeners across the pond will also be able to take in a live Coldplay show. The band has just announced a string of North American tour dates for next year kicking off in April 2012.

The guys from Coldplay have been performing non-stop since the release of their fifth studio album ‘Mylo Xyloto,’ but they haven’t been in the States that much except for a few select shows like at the iHeart Radio Festival in Vegas and performing on the ‘Today’ show in New York City. Now, U.S. fans will be able to experience the album live courtesy of a slew of scheduled shows in North America that are sure to be amazing.

If you are a big Coldplay fan, scroll through the list of tour dates below to see if they will be headed to a city near you. Tickets for the North American dates will go on sale on Saturday, Dec. 17 at 10AM — except for the L.A. shows, which will be available for purchase on Jan. 9, and the Chicago show in August, which fans can buy tickets for on Dec. 19. Fans can purchase tickets through Ticketmaster, Live Nation or by calling 1-800-745-3000.

If you are an American Express cardholder, there will be an exclusive pre-sale (except for their shows in Houston and Portland) that will run from Dec. 12 to Dec. 16. For more information on ticket sales, click here.
