Busch Beer Wants to Pay You $25,000 to Get Hitched

Cheers to one happy couple out there! Busch beer is taking its place at weddings a step further than just a staple of the open bar, by ordaining spokesperson "Busch Guy" to perform a wedding and by awarding $25,000 to one lucky couple.

The company announced its plans Monday on Facebook and via a press release outlining the details of a very unique marketing campaign. The newly ordained Busch Guy explains how the process of having Busch sponsor your wedding will work in the video above.

The contest is open until May 31 to couples in the U.S. Couples can enter by sharing on Facebook, Twitter, or Instagram why they want to get married by Busch Guy using #BuschWeddings and #Contest. People can also enter online by answering “why Busch beer should sponsor your wedding.” The Contest Submission Period runs May 20th, to May 31st, 2019. The $25,000 will be the beer company's gift to the new couple as they begin their life together. The wedding date must be between July 1st and August 31st, 2019.
