Bolting Up! — Check Out Michigan’s Biggest Solar Panel Array in Lapeer [PHOTO]

Did you know that Lapeer is the home of Michigan's largest solar panel 'farm'? It's about to be switched on too.

You may have seen the construction along I-69 for these panels on Demille Road in Lapeer, well they are about to go 'live' this spring. According to a press release from DTE Energy, these impressive 200,000 solar panels will capture enough power for about 9,000 homes in the area.
