"So let Germany brew your beer. Let Switzerland make your watch. Let Asia assemble your phone. We will build your car." Bob Dylan was the epitome of cool as he pitched Detroit pride to the rest of the world in Chrysler's epic Super Bowl spot.

We have to admit, it was actually the first time we've ever been able to understand a single word Bob Dylan has said. The uncharacteristically articulate singer dripped with sincerity as he talked about the pride that comes from American autoworkers every day.

"You can't import the heart and soul of every man and woman working on the line."

Chrysler had pretty big shoes to fill, as its recent Super Bowl commercials have been among the most talked-about spots in the days following the big game. Remember the 'Halftime in America' pep talk from Clint Eastwood? And who could forget 2011's 'Imported from Detroit'?

So did Chrysler and Bob Dylan live up to what you've come to expect from the car company on Super Bowl Sunday? We think it did.
