Bay City Boys In Trouble After Carving a Penis Into Freshly-Paved Parking Lot [VIDEO]

The "etching" will cost the local business over $4,000 to fix.

The words "Savage Squad" and a giant penis were carved into the newly-paved parking lot of the Totally Clean Coin Laundry on Monday night.

The owner of the laundromat says that the repairs will cost approximately $4,200 to fix, because they can't just "sand it out." They have to replace the entire portion of concrete.

The owner is offering a $500 reward leading to the person who can identify both suspects.
