3-2-1 Cake Fast, Easy & Delicious!

I love cake, but sometimes it's hard to justify baking a whole cake for just my wife and I. A friend sent me the recipe for "3-2-1" cake. It's easy, it's fast and it's really yummy! Want the recipe? Read on:

First, you'll need a box of Angel Food cake mix. You'll also need a box of any other kind of cake mix. Empty both boxes of cake mix into a large resealable bag. Shake the bag until the mix is blended well.

Use any microwave safe container to make your personal-sized cake. I like to use a coffee mug.

Take 3 level Tablespoons of cake mix and put into cup/container.
Two Tablespoons of water into cup/container.
Mix well and place in microwave oven for 1 minute.

Enjoy! (careful, it may be hot when you first take it out)
