Cops Now Have X-Ray Vision? [VIDEOS]

When you think of a police radar, what do you think of?  Probably a speed radar, right? Well, a new police radar has hit the market that doesn't clock drivers with lead feet.  Let's just say if you thought 'Big Brother' was watching you before, wait 'til you see this!

While the idea of X-ray vision seemed like science-fiction, this new radar actually gives police to see through concrete, just like Superman. Officers can now looks through walls and see the smallest movement, like breathing, from up to 50 feet away.  Does this seem a bit over the top?  Or illegal?
