11-Year-Old Rapper Defends His Special Needs Sister In Song [VIDEO]

Matty B. has become an internet sensation. He does rap covers of popular songs, and has established quite a following. He was invited to make an appearance on "Good Morning, America" because of the subject matter of his latest offering in which he stands up for his sister, Sarah, who suffers from Down Syndrome.
