World’s Fattest Woman 765lbs Vows To Lose Weight For Her Wedding [VIDEO]

Charity Pierce finds moving around so difficult that she is almost house bound.

The morbidly obese Pierce currently weighs 765 lbs and must lose 200 to qualify for gastric bypass surgery. She also wants to lose the weight so she can get married outside of her home and walk down the aisle without any assistance.

She has reduced  her daily calorie intake from 10,000 down to 1,200. Pierce who resides in Cedar Rapids, Iowa  is raising money to get to Houston. A doctor there performs the procedure on patients who weigh more than 600 lbs. and she needs $5000 to pay for an ambulance, the only means of transportation that can take her there. I don't know what to say except good luck.
