Comedian Roseanne Barr has officially filed the paperwork seeking office of President of the United States, as a Green Party candidate.

June 4, 2011 Here we go again, or should I say here we go. Former senator John Edwards was indicted by a grand jury in North Carolina Friday morning on federal campaign finance charges for allegedly trying to cover up an affair while running for president in 2008.
Edwards was indicted in six counts, including conspiracy, four counts of illegal campaign contributions and one count of false statements. A warrant has been issued for his arrest. Check out the family and read more about John's legal problems after the jump.
May 17, 2011 No surprise here, I kind of thought he would pull out, some of the comments coming his way lately have been rather unkind. I'm sure his polling numbers had a lot to do with his decision as well. But despite the verbal abuse he has taken, his ego still appears to be as strong and as large as ever.

The Republican figure confirmed his long-awaited announcement on Wednesday in a video posted to YouTube, in which he said, "I believe we can return America to hope and opportunity ... There's a much better American future ahead."
