It appears to be a case of making a mountain out of a molehill. Lindsay Lohan's representative denies that the actress was ever unconscious or that she was taken to the hospital. He told ABC News that she had worked a grueling schedule and took a nap before shooting her final scene. Producers were concerned when she didn't come out and called paramedics as a precaution.
