U.S. Coast Guard boats and helicopters are searching the Detroit River for a bridge worker who fell into the icy water early this afternoon on the Detroit side of the Ambassador Bridge. A Coast Guard spokesperson says the worker was seen by bridge security going under the water and not resurfacing. U.S. Coast Guard Unit Controller Patti Baca said that the Coast Guard was on scene quickly along with Detroit Police and Fire.
What would you call this form of entertainment? School girls in Detroit's Ludington Middle School are playing something called the'30 second game'. One eighth-grader beats the snot out of another while other girls stand around cheering. The whole thing is filmed and thrown up on YouTube.

Fox 2 in Detroit had the cameras rolling again, only this time they caught defense workers not car builders. After a hard morning building parts for U.S. military Humvees and airliner roofs, the workers at Tower Defense and Aerospace took a much needed lunch break and wind down. But video footage reveals that at least 17 of them chilled out a little too much.
